We use collected data to: (a) provide and improve our services, (b) display your social media analytics and content performance, (c) enable content publishing to connected platforms, and (d) generate AI-powered content strategy recommendations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others. When you connect an account, we access only the data you authorize through the platform's official API and OAuth flow. You can revoke access at any time through the third-party platform's settings or through our application.
Your data is stored securely on encrypted systems. Access tokens for third-party services are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a third-party account, associated access tokens are deleted immediately. You may request deletion of all your data by contacting us.
You have the right to: access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for third-party integrations at any time.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you opt in to text messages from Coco, the AI assistant for Flip Ventures LLC, at (908) 374-0406, we collect your mobile phone number, your opt-in and opt-out history, and the content of the messages we exchange. We use this information only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to reply to messages you send us. Message content may be processed by our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver messages and by our AI service provider to draft replies.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through our application.
